A little from Meghann about Meghann...
I'm an Air Force Veteran Firefighter and Medic. I served 10 years and after being sexually assaulted on my last deployment, my career was very abruptly ended and derailed by my chain of command. I had no warning or back up plan for goals and how to proceed. I was severely depressed and on the edge of suicide but in denial about it. I was introduced to NLP and mindset/personal growth and development course that literally changed my life and pyr me on the path to starting my coaching business, writing a book and becoming a guest speaker to advocate for mental health and sexual assault awareness within the DOD and veteran communities.
