Sean Young is a person in long term recovery. Sean is the host of Sitting with Sean Podcast, US Army Veteran of 12 and a half years, and a peer support specialist. Sean has faced almost every form of trauma you can think about and has used his experience with addiction and mental health disorders to help other people in their journey to recovery. Sean works with Justice involved Veterans in Alaska and Maryland to help them gain and maintain recovery skills that will help them re-enter and become productive members of society.
