We’ve got two badass changemakers on the show: Caroline Woliver, the director of leadership and social justice at the YWCA in Columbus, and Lauren James, the Columbus YMCA’s leadership and social justice program manager. The YWCA’s mission is—casually—to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. These two women are incredible, and their mission could not be more important. We talk about generational body issues, the way racism has been systemically built into the structure of the United States, and the ways you can take action. And just as a reminder… GO OUT AND VOTE.
