Men's groups should focus on:

  1. Events led by men
  2. Jesus Christ as the focus
  3. Emphasis on reconciliation and the Eucharist
  4. Catechesis with a male perspective
  5. A commitment of the Bishop and priests
  6. Build off of existing men's groups
  7. Hold diocese-wide events on a regular basis
  8. Hold frequent parish-focused men's events
  9. Incorporating "dad-kid" events
