One of my favorite thoughts to practice believing is that at this moment, you are exactly where you should be. We all want to rush to happiness but in doing so, we miss the entire point that you don't need your circumstances to change in order to change how you feel. Where you are right now is the perfect place to learn how to manage your mind. Then, with a managed mind, we can achieve our goals without falling into the trap of thinking that we should be happy all the time.
