Emotions are the reason for all of our actions and inactions. In this episode, I talk about the four ways in which we can deal with our emotions. Our willingness to experience emotions is the key to living out our dreams. However, our society teaches us to do the opposite. When we are constantly resisting, reacting to, or avoiding our emotions, we find ourselves out of control in our lives and unable to do what we truly want like maintain a healthy weight or start the business we have been dreaming about.
