I don't do this podcast to get people away from nicotine... I do it to bring people closer to who they know they are capable of becoming.

The work I do with helping people quit vaping is so meaninguful and important to me. However, it's not really about quitting vaping. I use vaping as a window into learning the skillset of managing your thoughts and emotions. Quitting vaping is an excellent starting point for this material. But, as you learn how to think and beleif things deliberately in life, and feel your emotions, you realize that your life could be so much bigger than you once may have imagined.

That is when these toold get really fun. Although this is the quit vaping podcast, to me, it's really the "Welcome to The Biggest Version of Your Life Podcast!" and I want everyone who listens to expand what the believe is possible for them. Enjoy today's episode.
