It sounds counter-intuitive but the skill that allows you to beat cravings is actually learning how to be with them until they proccess through your body. Learning to sit with your cravings/urges is a skill that will allow you to overcome them so you can quit vaping. It is the exact same skillset that will allow you to create the life you want post-quitting.
This of a craving as an energy in your body that has to dissipate by vibrating through you. When you numb over it or distract yourself from it, it never has a change to vibrate away. Give yourself space to just be with your cravings and you will be able to stop fighting them with the never ending game of willpower.
