What is an Epistle? 

It’s a letter of general and specific guidance, which is Holy Ghost (Ruach HaKodesh) inspired through the hand of a Specially Appointed Apostle. Directed by the Holy Spirit to write for guidance to the Church and to the Body of Christ. 

Not every Apostle is qualified to write Epistles. 

1. Only an Apostle can write the Epistle. 
2. Only the Apostle who is Specifically Commissioned by God to write an Epistle can and should write to the specified Churches.
