Description

In this impromptu interview, AL speaks to Nigel Baker who is an archaeologist who worked on the dig at Shrewsbury Castle last year. Now Nigel and his team are getting a second bite at the cherry in September when they will be peeling back the turf yet again at the castle.

AL finds out what they found last time and what they are trying to discover at their new dig in September.

Nigel has a passion for river archaeology too, which we also talk about.

This interview was not supposed to happen when it did, but I am so grateful to have spoken with Nigel. I feel like I've learned so much in the week that I've known him! I look forward to chatting with him again soon. - AL
