AL is chatting to Omega director Thomas Memery today to find out what Omega is all about. AL learns about all of the great work that Omega does for carers. Tom has been at Omega since the beginning in 2007. But what has changed in those years? How have advancements in technology help shape the way that help can be given?
Loneliness is a truly awful thing. AL and Tom talk about ways to combat loneliness, including an interesting idea that we should absolutely turn into reality.
