Welcome to the coverage of one of the best events in the Shropshire calendar, Shrewsbury Food Festival.
Tune in as Alex takes his mic for a walk around the festival for the 2 days. Focussing mainly on chefs, food and businesses Alex manages to collect stunning interviews with the likes of Stuart Collins: Docket Restaurant, Christiaan De Vries: Great British Bake Off, Adam Purnell: Embers and The Caketoonist: Tat Effby plus many, many more.
The Food Festival in Shrewsbury offers so much but one of the things we love so much about the event is that so many grass routes companies come together in one place to sell their wares. One-such was The Shropshire Scratching Company who, 6 weeks into their birth got absolutely ravaged by customers, selling out all of their stock. A great success story for these guys and the festival.
It is always a joy to a part of this festival and words cannot describe the gratitude that us at The Shrewsbury Biscuit have for the whole team at Shropshire Festivals for always including us. Much love guys and here's to the next one!
