2 Key Factors for Long-Term Health?

I was talking to one of my good friends in the fitness community about the Super Bowl. One story line that I had forgotten about was in this young buck vs old veteran face off- I had forgotten about Patrick Mahomes (young buck age 23) workout training style.

Much has been said about Tom Brady- his diet, flexibility work, lower impact exercise training, but Patrick Mahomes seems to possess flexibility of his spine and arm that seems out of this world.

Back to you and why should you care…

Whether your 63, 43 (Tom Brady), 23 (Patrick Mohomes), one thing is important young or older…

That important factor is Range of Motion of our joints. Why this matters to you is we lose our ROM as we age if we don’t do something about it.

Now, with Patrick at 23 one could say he’s young, it’s God given. Truth be told my fitness buddy had reminded me that Patrick has been training with is trainer since 4th grade!

Not only that, he has been working on flexibility work since then. His background in sport was not focus only on football… it was basketball, baseball, and football. He was training as a kid to be a balanced athlete.

Now back to you… proper Joint Range of Motion is critical as we age because literally society is pulling our bodies out of whack.

Sitting to drive to work, sitting in front of a desk (maybe Zooming to work), craning our necks forward to text, tweet, scroll our feeds on facebook.

All these positions do one thing really well, weaken our posture, shorten our muscles, and tighten our bodies.

The solution is for us to focus on your proper posture and joint Range of Motion with our Wisdom Movement Method corrective exercises.

By getting the body back to its proper postural position and proper length of your muscles leads to a healthy body.
