In 2022 Board Chair Summer Dierks highlighted Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a main priority of her chairmanship. As a result, the Chamber created its own DEI task force beginning in January of 2022. During this episode, we are joined by Summer Dierks, Lisa Sisley, chair of the DEI task force, and Doug Barrett, Chamber Board Member and VP of the Black Entrepreneurs of the Flint Hills.
