I’ve always been one to compartmentalize when I feel overwhelmed, but my therapist (yep, that’s a new thing) introduced me to a different concept that feels a bit healthier. It’s a more intentional practice that’s healing in so many ways.
Turns out, this therapy thing is actually working, and I’m loving the peace that’s coming from it. I hope it’s helpful for you too.
