It feels a little arrogant to do a podcast all about my podcast planning toolkit - but I believe it will actually help you.
I generally plan at least a month in advance, but I know what themes I am covering each quarter.
Last year I came up with my task lists for each podcast I work on because I was concerned keeping everything in my head wasn’t really a good idea
And that worked really well.
So then I started looking at the podcast planners that I could see out there. And I was disappointed. The ones I found were missing a lot of key planning elements.
My podcast task sheets began evolving into planning sheets. And the podcast planning tool kit was born!
