What motivates you to do what you do?
Deb Baliko, ORR’s Communications and Event Manager, shares that her love for her coworkers and the people ORR’s serves motivates her to do her work.
In 2004, Deb encountered spiritual opposition—rituals, curses, and an overwhelming sense of darkness. That night, intense nightmares and a dark spiritual attack occurred, but through faith in Jesus and reliance on the Holy Spirit, Deb found deliverance and peace.
The experience reaffirmed the power of faith and the victory of Jesus over ll things – even life and death.
The biggest takeaway from this trip was a powerful reminder from the Lord: her spiritual gifts are not gone, even while raising three young children. This experience provided her with the opportunity to reconnect with and actively use those gifts once more.
