Frederieke Couvee has over 18 years of experience in the field of Ayurveda and has assisted thousands on their paths to emotional well-being, along with training hundreds of students in this transformative journey. Ayurveda illuminated her path in 2005, guiding her toward self-love, care, and profound healing. Over the years, her interests have grown in the area of Vedic psychology and in the field of love relationships.
