I’m back after a summer hiatus, and I have much to share with you about how I spent these two months, mostly focused on writing my book. I’ve had the chance to connect more fully with our farm, harvesting, preserving, and canning food. I even experimented with making pickles, drying herbs, and creating herb blends.
