Since eclipses often come in pairs, the in-between time can get sticky. Let’s talk about how these energies affect our lives and businesses and how we can make the most of this time. Join me now!

- Eat well, rest well, and be slower about making decisions.
- This period is a great time for visioning, journaling, and taking in all the new ideas that come to you.
- The second eclipse is a lunar eclipse on November 8; it is a deep, ponderous, receptive, and creative container for an intense and powerful chakra.
- Why the placement of this period is about catharsis, like a death to bring rebirth and a release to allow something to be reborn
- Why this in-between period is a time for reflection and inner work and requires us to be grounded and intentional during this shifting time
- My advice: “Tap into your creative side and allow your new ideas to be born after November 8. Don’t fear the strong energy of the eclipses and remember that their goal is to eliminate obstacles and difficulties. Embrace the process and become even clearer about your purpose.”
