Today's guest has had a 30 year career in Financial Services (so far) working across different Irish and international/offshore businesses including a number of start-ups.
She has had diverse leadership roles spanning Operations, IT and Change - mainly in protection, pensions and investments but also running change initiatives in GI Commercial, Personal Lines and Health businesses.
She has been a director in a number of different regulated businesses including as Managing Director of an offshore investment company.
Her international roles have given her the opportunity to travel a lot for business in the past and she enjoys the learning experience of working across different cultures.
Her varied roles have given her experience of strategic decision-making and delivery in high pressure environments along with building up negotiation skills.
She returned to Bank of Ireland Wealth & Insurance division (New Ireland) in 2017 having initially spent 6 years with the Group when Bank of Ireland Life (Lifetime) was first set up.
Currently she is studying the Chartered Director Programme with the Institute of Directors - having just completed her certificate in Company Direction this summer and tackling the Diploma in November.
