She founded The OnLegs Agency in 2019 and offers various services with her panel of coaches and mentors.
She is well known and respected in the fields of coaching and mentoring and taps into over two decades of experience developing leadership teams, driving strategy and delivering on projects across the UK and Ireland to give her insight so she can work with a diverse group of clients across various sectors.
She is often described as a high energy engaging coach who helps clients see through a different lens.
She lives in Co Down in the middle of the Mourne mountains and enjoys hiking and powerlifting.
