On this episode of WTS, we have the opportunity to learn more about Andrea Hoagland, Lansing Community College's Dean of Arts and Sciences Division. The school of arts and sciences is the largest division at LCC, incorporating six departments and several different areas of studies under each department. Andrea discusses her journey from starting out as a computer programmer to becoming an adjunct professor and finally achieving her current role as the Dean of Arts and Sciences.
