Before our paths crossed, Ashley was at a point where she feels frustrated with her career, the environment she was in, and the walls she was running into. In short, she wasn't happy.
She was also angry to the point where she could pinpoint and finger point to who was preventing her success. She wakes up every morning and all she does is fight. Seeing where she's at, made her realize that she needs to change.
When Ashley became aware of her anger triggers, she started practicing breathing exercises during meetings by herself or with a group. When she does that, he notices that people began to respond and react to her differently.
Breathing has helped her to step back and listen for what is there and not for what she expected it to be. At the end of the day, she was not exhausted. And she wanted more of those days.
