Wisdom-Trek / Creating a Legacy

Welcome to Day 47 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me.

This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom.

Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life (Part 4)

Thank you for joining us for our 7 day a week, 7 minutes of wisdom podcast and journal. By consuming these daily wisdom nuggets, you will digest the principles that will help you in your quest to become healthy, wealthy and wise as we trek through life together.  This is Day 47 of our Trek, and we will continue for the next few days on our Trek to look at how changing our thinking can dramatically change our lives.

We are recording our podcast from our studio at Home2 in Charlotte, North Carolina. After another very full workload today, it is good to be able to reflect on some words of wisdom to help refocus our priorities. One of the purposes for Wisdom-Trek is to provide mentoring to others. In order to gain wisdom, we need to be receptive to receive it and ready to apply it to our lives. It is through proper thinking that we are able to become wise and successful. As we change our thinking, our choices in life will change, which will also change our lives.

So far we have visited waypoints 1-5, so we are making good progress on our Trek. Today as we search for waypoints 6 & 7 on our expedition, let us see what advice we can gain so that we can continue to change our thinking. If you missed any of the past five days of podcasts, please go back and listen to them, or read our daily journal entries.  Doing so will enable you to be equipped with all of the information that you need to change your life.

Waypoints in Life

As we ended our podcast yesterday, I asked you to consider two more questions:

  1. Am I building a solid foundation on facts so that I can think with certainty?
  2. Am I implementing strategic plans that give me direction for today and increase my potential for tomorrow?

I hope that you will take the time...
