Thank you for joining us for our 5 days per week wisdom and legacy building podcast. This is Day 669 of our trek, and it is time for our Mindshift Monday series. Since Paula and I will be traveling for business for a little over two weeks, and I will need to record all those podcasts in advance, we will be substituting our regular podcast with short Wisdom Nugget episodes for three weeks. After that, we will return to our regular format.
This short nugget of wisdom includes an inspirational quote with a little additional content for today’s trek. Consider this your vitamin supplement of wisdom for today. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget…
Today’s quote is from Zig Ziglar, and it is, “Before you change your thinking, you have to change what goes into your mind.”

It is impossible to think differently if you continue to allow the same information to feed your mind. To be different, you must think different. To think different, you must change your input. Our minds are like super computers which have a tremendous capability to process all sorts of valuable information. In some ways, though, they are no different than any other computers. If you put garbage into your mind, then you will produce garbage as output.
As is written in Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
With these thoughts in mind, we will conclude our trek for today, 6 and as we do remember that what you put into your mind is what will come out in your thoughts and speech.
Next week we will continue with an abbreviated trek of MindShift Monday. On tomorrow’s trek, we will explore another wisdom quote. This 3-minute wisdom supplement will assist you in becoming healthy, wealthy, and wise each day. Thank you for joining me on this trek called life. Encourage your friends and family to join us, and then come along tomorrow for another day of our Wisdom-Trek, Creating a Legacy.
