Yes, we first must have the desire to succeed, but desire is not enough. It is only when we are both determined to succeed and make an unwavering commitment to succeed, regardless of the obstacles which we experience, that we will achieve success in that unrelenting pursuit of our goal. There is never a straight or easy path to success, but as we are committed to excellence and focused, every struggling step forward will bring us closer to that goal. Yes, we do want to reach our goal, but what is more important is the person whom we become in pursuit of that goal.
