Little Jimmy watched, fascinated, as his mother gently massaged cold cream on her face.
“Why are you rubbing that on your face, Momma?” he asked.
“To make myself beautiful,” said his mother.
He watched with interest as Momma diligently applied the cream until her entire face was covered, even down on her neck. Momma sat there reading a book and chatting with little Jimmy. After about 20 minutes she began removing the cream with a tissue. This surprised Jimmy.
“What’s the matter?” Jimmy asked his momma. “Are you giving up?”
