Hey! I’m Brittany Liberatore, your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Mindful Eating Dietitian! I’m SO excited you are here! I’m born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I’m a wife to Bryan, and a mom to my adorable daughter Gianna, and I love being a dietitian! I have my own virtual private practice, called Your Life Nutrition, where I want to help my clients & YOU learn how to adjust your habits and nutrition that is best and most realistic for YOUR LIFE! I have had plans to start this podcast for a long time, and It was my goal in 2023 to finally start this podcast!
