Today's episode was the product of a podcast challenge I'm taking and completely off the cuff.
Physically distancing is magnifying my emotions and making things bubble back up that I have dealt with.
There are times I still feel like I'm on a freaking roller coaster of emotions and I'm so tired of that!
My goal for today's podcast is to share a piece of what I'm going through. The anger is out of control some days and I despise it. It's something I've worked so much on and yet here it is back in my face. But, I'm recognizing it and have things in place to work through it. I know it is going to keep showing up for a bit.
I mentioned tracking my time showed me how I was spending an astronomical amount of time on email and Facebook during my bad days. When you are hitting the button on a time tracking app and labeling the time, you are forced to take ownership of how you are spending said time. Take Love People & Make Money's I Dare You To Track.
This episode dealt with why I was angry and how I took control of some things so I can work on changes. I enlisted my friends and they helped me compile a giant list of ways they are bringing more positivity in their life right now. Not only that, but more friends have added their's in the comments. It's a bloggy luv fest. You are sure to find some awesome things to add into your quarantined life right this minute.
