Description

I've always considered myself an open book and that isn't a negative in my opinion. It's not something I need to change about myself.

But, I think I grabbed that phrase from others and never paid attention to what it really means.

Yes, I'm in reflection mode lately and feeling out where I want to grow from here. Phrases, comments, just about everything is being processed and analyzed. Maybe that's because I have so much more time now that I got off the bookface for hours upon hours a week LOL

One thing that has been happening in my life the last two weeks is a giant look at my boundaries and how I've let some slip and how I need to put some new one's in place. It's been pretty easy to let the boundaries slip when you only spend time with a few people, but now that we get to meet up, outside and in large spaces, it's brought about political conversations that I do not want to have.

I run my workshops live a couple of times a year because I go back through them personally (there's my word) to check in on my life practices which leads to updates and new ideas.

If you are ready to work on your boundaries, join me in the Midlife Boundaries workshop.

Live Boldly,

Val Selby
