Topic: Trust But Verify
Action: Whether you’re in school or not, in life you still need to do your homework. Live by one of my tried and true mantras, “trust but verify.” Everyone is on the internet these days, and everyone can claim anything. Stating something is a fact because you found it off the internet, isn’t going to cut it anymore. Have multiple sources. Wikipedia is for the people, by the people. And while there are a lot of good actors out there, there are also bad ones. There are people who will make claims about their experience and knowledge. Do you research and look into them. Be wary of impulse buying based off of what you see on a webpage. Do your research. The art of selling is the hottest thing right now. People are being trained through courses and books to get you to buy. Anyone can claim to be an expert and/or a coach, but have you seen the proof an evidence to back up their claims? Remember trust, but verify.

You are Patient.
Use your Smarts, you have them.
Use your Gut Instinct, it’s there for a reason. Listen to it.
And
You are Awesome.
You are Loved.
You are Needed. And most importantly,
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
