What can you do? Something? Nothing? I don’t believe you. We can all do something. And when you do it, really do it, it feels AMAZING. Here’s another solo message not really about running. It’s about finding and doing that thing that YOU can do, that puts you into the Flow State, where everything else melts away. Doing what you CAN do feels amazing. I can run inexplicably fast when I’m tired at the end of a run, and I can encourage people. What can you do?
