Rich was a father, former marine, cop and professsional fighter when he spiraled into homelessness and addiction. Rich was in NY in a homeless shelter and then a rehab facility when diagnosed with Lyme. And over the next 2 years took many holistic measures to heal and recover from Lyme, obesity (305 lbs to 195 lbs), addiction, homelessness, depression, ptsd, arthritis, Hypothyroidism, and more.
