Rikki shares her “hero’s journey” from pursuing a “safe” path (physical therapy) to realizing—painfully—that it wasn’t aligned… and walking away even though she was nearly finished. She eventually built a high-level corporate career (Ford → Waste Management), rising to Vice President, leading large teams and revenue… until one day she was laid off after 17 years.
From there, Rikki discovered career coaching, the power of structure and “homework,” and eventually launched her own practice: My Turn Life Coaching—helping people move through denial, grief, fear, and identity loss so they can rebuild with clarity.
