Science has found that people who are grateful are often also happier, perform better, and are more satisfied. This could be because they are naturally more positive thinkers, or their happy disposition attracts more friends and loved ones closer to them. At any rate, adopting an attitude of gratitude can improve your relationships and give you better health. Thank you for joining us for this last study in our series
