When you come from America's Dairyland, cheese is in your bloodstream- often medically speaking. So, how could we pay tribute to this unparalleled creation (that we also happen to be absurdly knowledgeable on) in only 10 minutes?! Well, we gave up on doing it in 10 and aimed for under 12.
