We've already established that perfect Bitachon means acknowledging that everything is from Hashem, and success is not the result of our efforts. which leads us into an interesting question: If ultimately G-d is the true provider, must we still thank the people who (seem to be) giving us the ability to earn our daily bread? Rabbeinu Bachaya identifies this as the next serious issue that must be addressed and clarified.
Although we're meant to expend very reasonable effort, they must never be viewed as the source of Success. Here we will learn to cultivate the proper "Attitude of Gratitude" when we are privileged to see success come our way.
We'll also explore the required balance of appreciation, when at once we continually offer our eternal gratefulness to Hashem, and not to human "Providers of Parnassa" yet still not rule out the need to be polite express thanks to individuals who help us.
