Before teaching us how Bitachon or "True Trust" can be achieved, the case continues to be made for it. Rabbeinu Bachaya makes a bold claim: Nurturing Trust will necessarily lead to Peace of Mind, allowing us to fully devote our energies to Prayer, Torah study and other forms of meaningful Spiritual Pursuit.
