Description

This week we talk all things sports.  Baseball, football retirements, and basketball.  Katie corrects some of her podcast misinformation.  We also have a long discussion about eyelashes.  If you don’t get them from Jesus, do you really need them at all?  

 

Katie’s Food:

Sausage and Egg Breakfast Cups

2 10 count whomp biscuits

2 lbs breakfast sausage, cooked and drained

6 eggs, beaten

1 lb grated sharp cheddar

Ground Mustard

Onion Powder

Pepper

Salt

 

Combine eggs, sausage, cheese and seasonings.  Mix well.  Spray muffin tins well and press one biscuit in each cup.  Fill with sausage mixture.  Bake at 350 until cheese melts and biscuits are brown.  About 15 minutes.  

**I have friends who are vegetarians and I make them a couple before I add the sausage to the egg mixture.  I sometimes add one more egg for them.  They love them without the meat!
