We’re back for Episode 83! Mandee is feeling, well… she’s feeling. And Katie is trying not to drown in end of the semester school work. We are so excited to share Honey’s DNA results and the closest anyone came was the 8% chow that is evident in the black on her tongue. Tune in to hear the full mix of breeds! Viral taco bowl
1 lb ground beef
½ onion chopped
Kinders taco seasoning
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
Cumin, cinnamon, chili powder
Avocado
Cottage cheese
Hot honey
Coat sweet potato with olive oil and season with cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder. Roast at 425 for 25 min. Brown ground beef, onion, and taco seasoning. Portion potato and meat in a bowl. Top with avocado, cottage cheese and hot honey. I also added a little shredded cheese to the meat.
