For over 20 years, Ann has been equipping individuals and organizations to communicate in a way that aligns with their values to build close connections. She is a certified John Maxwell Team coach, speaker, and trainer with 4 Better 4 Ever which she co-founded with her husband Melis.
Ann has been married to Melis for 42 years and together they own a family farm on beautiful Prince Edward Island, in Canada. They have 5 adult children and 11 beautiful grandchildren.
