The BYE week is done so the Browns should be back to full strength right? Right!? WRONG!!! Our $230M QB still has some soreness in the throwing shoulder which is now being called a rotator cuff injury and isn’t practicing. Not to mention the entire O-Line is dinged up. So what’s the plan for this game? We’re not real sure. But we do know one thing. Coach Stefanik is once again going to outsmart himself in his never ending quest to be the smartest man in the room.
