On this Thanksgiving Day of 2023 we are thankful for the Cleveland Browns. Our Brownies are currently sitting at 7-3 and have themselves positioned to make a playoff run. All this despite the team being down their franchise QB, a generational talent at RB, multiple starting OL, their starting FS, a starting CB for parts of the season, and starting LBs at times. And for that they can thank first and foremost a man that came in and completely changed the culture in the building from day one - Jim Schwartz. And even Kevin Stefanski has come around of late and is starting to look more like CoY Stefanski from 2020 rather than whatever the hell we've seen the last two years.
This past week the Browns beat the Pittsburgh Steelers. This win follows the dramatic comeback win from the prior week against the Baltimore Ravens and marks the first time in Cleveland Browns history that they've beaten those teams back to back. In the process Cleveland managed to completely break the Pittsburgh fanbase and has them calling for the organization to clean house and get rid of their QB and HC.
Myles Garrett is the current sack leader, the defense continues to play lights out, the offense still has some work to do, and this week we meet up with a red hot Broncos team that currently holds the leagues longest active winning streak at 4 games.
