Kirstin Walker, founder of Sober Brown Girls, joins the podcast to talk about her journey to an alcohol-free life. Kirstin found community online but didn’t find many people who looked like her, so such started Sober Brown Girls- a safe and supportive space for those sober brown girls out there (all women are welcome too even if you are not a person of color).
