Traveling with the caravan has proved more trying than expected: first it was giant scorpions, and now an elf has gone missing. Even more disturbing, it seems as if the two are unrelated, and that there may be an evil presence hunting the caravan. Will The Family find the devil among them? And who poses the greater threat--the thing hunting the caravan, or the members of the caravan themselves?
