We continue our series Advent Hope in Harsh Times this week by talking with Rev. Kimberly Deckel, associate pastor (and soon-to-be co-pastor!) at All Souls Phoenix. Kimberly shares her story of grief and loss in 2020, which includes the death of her father, launching their church the week before the pandemic started, and the complexities of leading a multi-ethnic church in pursuing racial justice and solidarity with the marginalized and oppressed.
