Description

Seth often described civilizations not like ours. In this episode the focus is on a few of them, with implications for us you might think about. Consciousness has great leeway in how it expresses itself when connected with the flesh. There have been highly developed, sophisticated civilizations that we might consider backward, because their main orientation was mental and psychic, not physical as ours is. Other civilizations "hibernate" for centuries of our time, to reawaken when the time is right. There is also a discussion of how our bodies die many times before the "official death" we accept as real. Some civilizations think in terms of our lives as a day, as they "bridge the gap" with their awareness between our lives and deaths. This is similar to the way our Big Self, or Soul, is aware of all of its "focus personalities" in different time periods, and knows it lives despite our individual deaths. Importantly, each individual has the potential to expand his or her awareness to be aware of the lives of other focus personalities energized by the Big Self.
