It was, he said, that Saul who became Paul will reincarnate and by 2075 will have enlightened people to Christ's true message, which was "be like me," not "worship me." The 2075 Movement is simply all those who agree that the Big Picture Perspective is a very helpful way to view reality, and while it is not an organization that has precepts or commandments, those who think that way will likely welcome what Paul has to teach.
