1) Clear your mind, get into the right mindset that helps you stay consistent from the first to the last client.
2) Take a seat at your station, lay down on the facial bed, sit in the waiting room, and check out the bathroom. Change your perspective and your view. When you see what your clients see, you now can focus on details that I gaurentee will set you apart.
3) BE PRESENT! It's all about them, make it about them by listening and make them feel heard.
